Over 90% ActivNetworks Customers Fully Satisfied with the BoostEdge Web Optimization Solution

Innovation and constant improvement of products and services are at the core of ActivNetworks philosophy. Over 90% of interviewees are satisfied with ActivNetworks products and services. Questions were focused on four key areas: Commercial follow-up, Delivery, Technical support, and of course, the BoostEdge product itself.
A product suited to business issues
The results of the survey revealed that ActivNetworks customers mainly cope with optimization issues related to web traffic acceleration, bandwidth congestion, applications and Web response time and SSL acceleration (Secure Sockets Layer, i.e. encryption of data transferred over internet).
BoostEdge shows high performances – application acceleration up to 1000%, data volume on the networks divided by 6, significant decrease of latency effects, etc. BoostEdge addresses the difficulties met by companies.
According to customers interviewed, what made the difference between BoostEdge and other solutions on the market are the followings (spontaneous answers):
- Ease of installation and use
- Quick implementation and seamless installation
- Best value for money
- Close relationship with Technical support teams
- Asymmetrical deployment (as opposed to WOC solutions, requiring a symmetrical deployment on all sites and mobile devices).

In addition to the overall assessment of the BoostEdge solutions, an overwhelming majority of customers were satisfied with the quick implementation of solutions (95%) – taking into account the delivery time and operational deployment of the product. More than half of which define themselves as very satisfied (60%).
Customers who used ActivNetworks technical support are generally pleased with the service provided. 92% of them say they are satisfied with the availability and response time of ActivNetworks expert services, 92% are happy about the high quality of answers provided to their problems (61% of them are very satisfied).
